|WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?|
All ticket sales are final. However, the church reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to low registration, threat of hurricane, flood, other weather-related problem, or due to the COVID-19 pandemic, or other circumstance which would make the event non-viable or unsafe for attendees. Registrants will be offered a full refund if there is cancellation. If the event is postponed, registrants will have the option either to receive a full refund or transfer a registration credit to the same event at a new date.
It is the policy of the church not to pay for or reimburse event attendees' expenses for travel, food, housing or lodging, or to provide any financial support to attendees. If the event is cancelled or postponed, the church is not liable/responsible for any such cost or expense you incur.
