Class: Fasting as a Spiritual Weapon

Time: Friday 11/21/2104 from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM and Saturday 11/22/2014 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Cost: Early Bird Registration $65.00 until November 16, before midnight. After this date the price will be $130.00
If you wish to register for more than one class, you will have to fill out this registration form for each course. Please fill out all the areas to ensure that you are registered correctly.
This registration is only for one (1) person: Each student must register individually and fill out their own registration form.
- Registering and paying for this class does not make you a USM student, and does not guarantee or increase your probability of being admitted into USM, should you decide to become an official student in the future.
- If you enter USM as an official student in the future, this course will not count towards the requirements that you need in order to graduate. You will need to retake the class to receive credit, since you are currently taking the course as a listener and without credit.
- USM reserves the right to deny entrance to this course, to any person, for any reason.
- The cost for this class is a one-time charge and is not reimbursable or transferable.
- There is no child care and children are not permitted inside the classroom.
